Service Agreement
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment and property details are provided.
- We provide services as described in your selected package (vacate, house, office, NDIS, or aged care).
- Any service outside the agreed scope must be approved separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the property is vacant, safe, and accessible at the time of cleaning.
- Provide keys, garage codes, or security passes in advance.
- Remove valuables, fragile items, or perishable food from areas to be cleaned.
Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy
- If your property fails a professional inspection, report within 48 hours for a free re-clean.
- Re-clean applies only to areas included in your original booking.
- Refunds are only considered if issues cannot be resolved with our re-clean service.
Cancellations
- Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Late cancellations may incur partial charges based on preparation and staff allocation.
